Assistant Director, Client Experience - owner
Emily directs the administrative functions that keep management of properties moving seamlessly. From transition oversight, building doc audits and contract evaluation, she ensures the administrative and contractual foundation is established and well maintained.
Emily has a degree in Historic Preservation and worked as a director’s assistant at the Maritime History Museum. She’s versed in architecture, buildings, system and information management. She oversees building transitions, and works to keep our information on client communications running smoothly on the building team. She also has a thick New York accent, which keeps us laughing all day.
