The Community Association Institute (CAI) is the professional organization representing community association management companies, board directors and homeowners that live in shared communities. CAI is a wealth of knowledge and educational opportunities for Roost staff, as well as Board members. We’ll share educational opportunities as they pop up (yearly DC conference, yearly Board member trainings, etc.) as well as online resources that can be a good reference point for learning and best practices. The local chapter also has DC specific resources and educational opportunities.
